One of the great questions.

I am Abelee Groff. You are a human seeking help on your journey.

Hello, I am Abelee, a therapist specializing in guiding individuals and partners who feel like they don't fit into the cookie-cutter expectations of society. I am dedicated to supporting adults on their path toward a more fulfilling life and nurturing relationships.
I understand how it feels to exist outside society's traditional norms, and I firmly believe that everyone's journey is valuable and worthy of exploration. My passion lies in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can confidently embrace their unique identities, desires, and struggles.
I draw upon evidence-based approaches that have demonstrated their effectiveness in helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals. Science has provided us with a vast array of knowledge and techniques, which I incorporate into my therapeutic practice. By utilizing evidence-based approaches, I offer you strategies and tools that have been rigorously tested and proven to be helpful.
However, I also acknowledge that there are aspects of the human experience that can't always be neatly explained by science alone. Each one of us is a complex combination of emotions, thoughts, and past experiences, which creates a rich tapestry that science cannot fully capture or comprehend.
I believe in the power of intuition, empathy, and compassion. Beyond just the realm of science, there are deeper connections and meaning that we can tap into. It is in these moments that deep emotional healing and personal growth can be nurtured.
With this in mind, I provide a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, acknowledging the multifaceted nature of our lives. I create a space for exploration, where we can delve into the depths of your emotional landscape, uncovering hidden patterns, recognizing limiting beliefs, and exploring new possibilities.
